Features of the new no-shank hardened saw teeth
The new no-shank design features a patented machined tooth tip engineered to help reduce chipping caused by impact with rocks, dirt, and other abrasive materials. Available in three kerf sizes, including 2-5/16-inch, 2-7/16-inch, and 2-1/2-inch, the teeth are compatible with competitive wide-kerf no-shank (shankless) saw blades using 1-inch bolts and are offered in kits of either 18 or 20 teeth.
The addition expands John Deere’s growing lineup of forestry saw tooth solutions, giving customers another option to match their application, operating conditions, and budget. Like the rest of the John Deere saw tooth portfolio, the no-shank hardened beaver teeth have been field-tested by operators across North America’s toughest rocky conditions to help deliver dependable performance and long service life across a variety of logging applications.
