SBM is focused on sophisticated diesel-electric drive availability on its mobile machines, and especially larger machines. The REMAX 600 features this capability, with power coming from a Cummins Stage V-certified diesel engine and a 520 kVA generator or, as an option, fully electric operation when plugged into mains power.
The consistent integration of diesel/generator combinations and the extensive electrification of all drives like screens and conveyors, as well as essential hydraulic components (crusher adjustment, crawler drive, lifting cylinders), results in compact transport dimensions and weights, ensuring easy one-piece lowbed transport and fast set-up times on site. With an inlet opening of 1,380 x 1,000 mm, the REMAX 600 can produce up to 600 tph. It has a complete package of standard equipment plus options that can provide a variety of high-quality final aggregate fractions. In addition to standard pre-screening via a double-deck circular vibratory screen, there are three optional secondary circular vibratory product screens (1, 2, and 3-deck), all of which can facilitate the recirculation of oversized material, as well as highly cantilevered discharge conveyors for large product stockpiles.
