Ten machines have already been delivered and deployed to different jobsites.
Interkran has been Raimondi’s Swiss distributor for more than twenty years; lately, the company has decided to expand its fleet with 18 Raimondi flat-top tower cranes, in order to support increasing demand across the Swiss construction sector.
The order includes seven MRT159s, five MRT189s, one MRT234 and five MRT294s. The first units (two MRT294-16t cranes, seven MRT159-8t cranes and one MRT234) have already been delivered and deployed across two jobsites in the north-east of the country, where they are supporting residential developments. Eight additional models are set for delivery in the coming weeks and will be deployed on infrastructure developments within the country.
“We are reinforcing the company’s ability to support construction projects across the Swiss market by continuing to invest in our fleet with several new Raimondi cranes.”
Stated Antonio Teixeira, General Manager, Interkran.
“We selected these specific models due to their lifting capacities, operational versatility, significant load charts, and ease of installation; key characteristics required to support a diverse range of complex applications across the country”
Interkran, which currently operates a fleet of approximately 250 Raimondi cranes, continues to reinforce its position in the regional tower crane rental market.
