To strengthen its presence in the North American market, Palfinger will open a new regional headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The new office, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023, will include an integrated demonstration and training centre.
“We are here to stay. We are making this clear with the opening of our new headquarters in 2023,” said Ismael Daneluz, vice president of sales and service for North and Latin America.
“Supported by our absolute focus on our customers, we will use the next five years to significantly grow our market share in all product segments.”
The new Palfinger management team
Palfinger has also rebuilt its management team for the region. Alongside Daneluz, the company has added five more managers in the areas of research and development, operations, human resources, procurement and finance.
Alongside the new office, the company’s presence in North America is already strong, and includes a sales and service network of more than 1,000 partners, a mobile fleet of more than 100 service vehicles, four manufacturing sites and 13 locations that offer custom-built solutions.
Palfinger is also developing combinations of physical and digital applications to offer its customers hardware and software from a single source, as well as highly connected, individually configured products.
