LGMG North America has added a new electric slab scissor lift to its Canadian lineup. The S3232E is a versatile, high-reaching solution designed for workspaces restricted by standard doorways and other tight aisle environments.
The model combines ease of operation and simplified maintenance to help rental companies keep machines working and maximize uptime. It reflects LGMG’s approach to developing practical equipment built for repetitive use and high utilization.
LGMG prioritized high reach in a compact frame
The LGMG S3232E electric slab scissor lift features a 32-foot 10-inch (10 metre) indoor maximum platform height and a narrow 33-inch (0.83 metres) machine width, combining reach with the necessary indoor manoeuvrability. The compact frame allows operators to access elevated work areas in buildings with tall ceilings while still navigating standard doorways, aisles, and other tight indoor spaces.
These characteristics make the S3232E suited for a wide range of applications, including the construction of data centers, commercial buildings, warehouses, and industrial facilities, as well as facility maintenance applications.
This model is drivable at full height, which allows operators to move efficiently along a work area without lowering the platform to reposition the unit and then raising the platform again. A platform capacity of 551 pounds (250 kilograms) for up to two occupants, together with a 2-foot 11-inch (0.9 metres) extension deck, provides ample room for tools and materials while maintaining a compact footprint.
Additional features of the S3232E electric slab scissor lift
The S3232E is equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motors for both drive and lift functions, helping maximize the amount of work done on a single charge. The sealed motors are maintenance-free throughout their service life. Standard features also include leak containment and a keyed brake release switch that allows the machine to be moved, winched, or towed quickly when necessary. This scissor lift is also telematics-ready, making it easier for contractors and rental companies to install their preferred telematics solution or use LGMG’s optional one.
“The S3232E is gaining popularity because it combines two capabilities customers increasingly need — a compact design that can navigate tight indoor environments and the working height required for modern construction and maintenance projects,” said Mark Elton, director of product management at LGMG North America. “That versatility makes it an excellent fit for a wide range of applications, including the growing demand for data centre construction and maintenance.”
