At its centennial finale, Cat will showcase new machines, connected jobsite technology, and expanded services, including rental, with Operator and Technician Challenge winners set to be crowned.
Caterpillar heads to CONEXPO-CON/AGG with exhibits built around its “Reshape What’s Possible” message, putting new machines, automation and AI-enabled technologies at the centre to support jobsite efficiency. The company also plans to highlight services and support, including rental options, while the Global Operator Challenge and Global Dealer Technician Challenge culminate at the show with winners crowned.
Anchoring Caterpillar’s presence, the company’s Festival Grounds exhibit (F29929) will include a 70,000 ft² outdoor Operator Stadium hosting the nine finalists in its third Global Operator Challenge. Caterpillar is also expanding at Conexpo with a West Hall display (W40416) dedicated to compact construction equipment, while Cat Industrial Power Systems will showcase its latest industrial diesel engine innovations in the South Hall (S80229).
We look forward to giving attendees an up-close look at Caterpillar’s latest advancements and groundbreaking technologies in the construction industry through our demos, hands-on experiences and interactive exhibits. Technological innovation
The exhibits will highlight construction technologies aimed at current jobsite requirements and emerging challenges, including autonomous machines, AI-enabled solutions, intelligent systems and integrated digital platforms. Caterpillar is also set to showcase the latest VisionLink features for equipment management, productivity and safety, which the company says can help customers run more efficiently and safely across mixed fleets and operations of different sizes. Attendees will also be able to review end-to-end offerings, including full-fleet solutions with Cat Grade.
Cat Command will be presented with its remote-control, semi-autonomous and autonomous capabilities for construction and quarry applications. Caterpillar will also introduce Collision Mitigation, the latest addition to the Cat Detect portfolio, during in-the-dirt demonstrations at Operator Stadium and through a hands-on experience.
New and updated machines in the spotlight
Cat Building Construction Products (BCP) will present additions to its compact equipment range, alongside briefings from Caterpillar specialists on an updated customer experience. At the Operator Stadium area, visitors will be able to see more than 30 machines, including the new Cat 319 small hydraulic excavator with a compact radius. The company positions the machine for road construction, site development, underground utilities, construction maintenance and forestry applications.
Caterpillar will also mark 30 years since the Cat Asphalt Paver introduced the Mobil-trac undercarriage, with an AP1055 Asphalt Paver on display featuring what it describes as customer-driven updates and a new extended-life smooth plate for the Cat SDX Screed Plate system.
Conexpo attendees will see future designs for new motor grader and dozer models. This includes a preview of the next-generation Cat 150 motor grader offering both joystick and lever controls, as well as the next-generation 160 motor grader with joystick control. The new dozer on display will unveil Caterpillar’s second high-drive electric drive medium dozer that offers high levels of productivity, fuel efficiency, and ease of operation, as well as low service and maintenance costs.

Customer programs and finance updates
Caterpillar says it will announce a rebrand of Cat Vantage Rewards to Cat Rewards, describing the update as a simplified program intended to offer exclusive benefits and added customer value. The company also plans to rename the Cat Card as the Cat Commercial Account, a change that is meant to better reflect its role as a flexible financing option for customers buying parts, attachments, rentals and repairs.
Services Commitment for CVAs in North America
At the show, Caterpillar will also outline a new Services Commitment now available in North America for customers with new, renewed or upgraded Customer Value Agreements (CVAs). Under the program, dealers commit to next-day parts and two-day repairs; Caterpillar says customers receive Cat Credits if those commitments are not met. The company adds that customers will still be able to choose among CVA options offered by their local Cat dealer.
Cat Rentals
Cat Rentals plans to present a refreshed brand and an updated digital experience at the show, pointing visitors to catrentals.com and the company’s dealer-backed rental network. The website now includes improved search tools to help customers find equipment from more than 70 brands. Cat Rentals staff will also demonstrate the online portal, which allows customers to submit rental and service requests, off-rent equipment, change orders, and view basic telematics and equipment locations.
Power systems and solutions
Caterpillar’s power systems and solutions will be featured in the South Hall. The booth will include a new high-horsepower C3.6 engine and the new C13D, both meeting EU Stage V and U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standards. Caterpillar also says it will highlight lifecycle extension and aftermarket support with Cat parts and service solutions, including connectivity, condition monitoring, and a remanufactured C7 engine. The C2.2, the new high-horsepower C3.6 and the C18TT are also set to appear in the Festival Lot.
