Gencor Industries will showcase one of the largest indoor exhibits at World of Asphalt 2024. The company will feature an array of new equipment to improve energy efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The technologies on display will include the Equinox and the Ultra-II low NOx burners, a new zero-emission SH series thermal fluid heater, and new process control automation.

Gencor says that these heaters are the latest technology for delivering clean and efficient instantaneous process heat without a conventional combustion burner and the associated exhaust stack. Available in multiple sizes, the new SH series is an option for heating multiple asphalt tanks, hot mix storage silos, and all other requirements plants with zero GHG emissions.

Gencor will also be debuting two innovations in control automation; the all-new GenV burner control, which utilizes several improved features including a fresh new HMI interface for any type of burner, and the all-new Ultralogiks 10. Gencor’s new blending system is designed on an improved Windows platform with faster microprocessor speeds and larger RAM. New features include built-in hard drive duplication, on-screen restart buttons, and enhanced reporting for a superior operator experience.
