TII SCHEUERLE, a subsidiary of TII Group for heavy-duty transportation, focuses on providing versatile and economically efficient transport and maneuvering solutions. At Bauma, the company will showcase its optimized EuroCompact U9 low-bed semi-trailers and K25 heavy-duty modules, featuring innovations that enhance operating comfort and expand application possibilities for greater cost-effectiveness. The TII retrofit program will also be presented, demonstrating how it ensures the long-term performance of SPMT vehicle generations.
The EuroCompact U9 series, available in two- and three-axle configurations, is optimized for weight and length, making it ideal for transporting construction machinery, steel, concrete components, and containers up to 48 tonnes. A new gooseneck design provides greater adaptability and easier coupling on uneven surfaces. Additionally, the double-extendable version offers a construction height of just 260 mm and a loading length of up to 30 meters. A newly developed excavator deck can also be converted into a loading area for agricultural vehicles, making TII Scheuerle the only provider of a “two-in-one” deck solution in this segment.
The K25 heavy-duty modules, produced at two TII Scheuerle facilities, offer a cost-effective and adaptable solution for oversized and extremely heavy loads, including large construction vehicles, prefabricated components, and high-performance transformers. With a fully modular design and an extensive range of accessories, the K25 series provides flexibility and stability. At Bauma, TII Scheuerle will showcase a four-axle module with a drawbar and a four-axle split module, enabling a three-file combination with widths of four to five meters, increasing overall transport stability.
