EvoQuip has produced its 1,500th machine. The landmark unit—a Bison 280 jaw crusher—was handed over to FJS Plant, the exclusive EvoQuip distributor for Ireland, just after the machine rolled off the manufacturing line, marking a major milestone for both FJS and the EvoQuip brand, a compact crushing and screening equipment supplier by Terex.
As a prominent Irish supplier of plant machinery, FJS Plant has consistently demonstrated its commitment to providing customers with high quality products and services.
Barry O’Hare, business line director of EvoQuip, says, “FJS have had a remarkable year and are fast becoming one of our most dedicated and successful distributors. We are delighted that they are the recipient of our 1,500th machine and look forward to witnessing their continued growth and success in the coming years.”
The managing director of FJS Plant, Frank Smyth, added, “We are proud to be part of this milestone with EvoQuip. The Bison 280 is an excellent machine, and we are looking forward to delivering it to our customers. Our relationship with EvoQuip has been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration—we’re only getting started!”
Bison 280 characteristics
The Bison 280 is a compact and powerful portable jaw crusher featuring the Terex ‘900-millimetre by 600-millimetre single toggle jaw crusher. This machine uses a fuel efficient and powerful direct drive system to power the crusher, which provides excellent performance in recycling, contracting, and quarrying industries. Its compact size, quick set-up times, ease of transport, and user-friendly control system makes the Bison 280 appropriate for all small to medium-sized operators.
“This is a major achievement for EvoQuip, and it reflects the hard work, innovation, and dedication of everyone involved in the creation, delivery, and support of our products,” continued O’Hare. “With a strong global distribution network including FJS Plant, we are confident that we will continue to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers while driving further success and innovation in the industry.”
