Bob Fairbank has officially been named the vice president of Western Canada with Priestly Demolition Inc. As the newest addition to the executive team, Fairbank brings with him more than 30 years of construction and concrete experience in British Columbia and Alberta, having held senior roles like president, CEO, and general manager. 

Mr Fairbank is known as a collaborative, hands-on leader who connects easily with teams, clients, and partners, bringing a strategic mindset to everything he does, with a broad view of construction from all sides of the equation. 

Throughout his career, Bob has led corporate expansions, overseen major acquisitions, introduced operational improvements, and implemented innovative systems to modernize how companies run. He has deep roots in sales and business development, with a strong track record of growing market share, building high-performing teams, and driving profitability. His work has included launching new plants, championing operational efficiency workflows, and building impactful partnerships, including with Indigenous communities across Western Canada.
