Under the motto “Solutions built for you”, Wacker Neuson, together with its sister brand Kramer, have welcomed visitors to their booth at Bauma. A “Solutions Ring” took visitors on a 360° tour around the demo arena, where the application-oriented products were presented at regular intervals as part of an entertaining show.

The new EZ26e E-Excavator
From its zero-emission product portfolio, Wacker Neuson exhibited the two new EZ26e E-excavators with a payload of 2.6 tons and the EZ10e with a payload of one ton at Bauma. In addition, an independent and TÜV-certified battery analysis, the “Certified Battery Check”, was also presented for the first time: this analysis of the battery status enables customers to increase the resale value of used machines and to have the battery status of their machine ascertained by an independent “State of Health” certificate.
The WL300e E-Wheel Loader
The WL300e E-wheel loader has an operating weight of around 2.5 tons and scores particularly well in terms of comfort (cushioned cab!) and safety. The new, optionally available loading system with a lift height of approx. 2.3 metres significantly increases the tipping load of the machine and ensures an optimum view of the work environment and the attachment.
The cabs of the new models WL750, WL950 and WL1150 have been optimised: the widened access makes frequent entry and exit easier, panoramic front- and rear windows provide optimum 360° visibility of the work environment and ergonomically arranged operating elements facilitate focussed work. The easy service access of all three models enables efficient maintenance and thus maximises the running times of the machines.
The DV60 dumper
In the field of dual-view dumpers, Wacker Neuson presented an innovative skip change system on the tried and tested DV60 dumper. It enables quick and easy replacement of the skip, for example, switching from a swivel tip skip to a three-sided tipper platform. Various skips can be used to extend the application areas, increase the utilisation of the machine and make the dumpers even more flexible, e.g. for application as a lorry replacement.
The SM50 Track-Mounted Mini Loader: the New Model in the Series
After Wacker Neuson presented the track-mounted mini loader SM100 for the first time at Bauma 2022, the model series has now been expanded with the SM50, a 1.1 tons machine on wheels. Both mini-loaders are real multi-tools on confined construction sites. So, the compact SM50 is available with a wide range of attachments and, thanks to its high hydraulic power, even allows the application of earth augers or trenchers, for example. Thanks to the simple operation of the joystick, even inexperienced users can work quickly and efficiently. Thanks to their narrow dimensions, Wacker Neuson mini-loaders fit through gates or narrow passages and are ideal for application in the urban environment.
APU28 and APU33: The New Battery-Powered Vibratory Plates
Wacker Neuson has introduced a comprehensive series of new battery-powered plates, which, like numerous other construction equipment from Wacker Neuson or other manufacturers within the scope of this standard, are operated by the Battery One battery. The reversible APU battery-powered plates are available with centrifugal forces of 28 and 33 kilo newtons and operating widths of 40, 50 and 60 centimetres. The battery-powered vibratory plates APU28 and APU33 are easy to operate and can be started with a button.
Their direct drive DireX – an in-house development by Wacker Neuson – ensures power transmission without transmission and friction losses, and therefore longer running times and lower maintenance costs. Wacker Neuson is also expanding the range of reversible centre plates with a petrol or diesel engine. They are available with a compaction performance of 52 and 62 kilo newtons and operating widths of 47 cm, 60 cm and 75 cm. The new generation of DPU and BPU models impresses with very good manageability and ergonomics, ensuring smooth and efficient work. Extensive additional functions such as the LED control panel and digital machine control with Bluetooth connectivity, compaction control, Telematics and machine diagnostics are optionally available for the diesel variants.

The 3106 Telehandler
The 3106 telehandler has compact external dimensions, high payload and powerful engine performance. The machine lifts loads of up to 3,100 kilograms to a maximum stacking height of 5.83 metres. Powered by a powerful Deutz engine with 82 kW / 112 hp, the 3106 offers high agility and performance. The extensive standard equipment includes a top speed of 40 km/h, a reversing fan with automatic function and four steering modes with automatic synchronisation. Kramer is the first manufacturer to offer an optional integrated, dynamic weighing system ex works on this machine, which significantly increases the efficiency and precision of material handling. The system enables the exact weighing of different goods, regardless of attachment, load centre of gravity or the position of the loading system. As a result, the capacity of transport vehicles can be optimally utilised, while safe working is guaranteed at all times – overloading of trailers or machines is reliably avoided.
The 5075, 5085, 5095 Wheel Loader Models of the 5-Series
The 5075, 5085 and 5095 models have a bucket tipping load of between 3,400 and 3,800 kilograms. Thanks to their combination of manoeuvrability and performance, they are ideal for use in small and large construction or landscaping projects. The facelift has a modern cab and bonnet design. Large glass surfaces allow excellent all-round visibility and provide an unrestricted view of the attachment, which contributes to increased safety and efficiency. The spacious driver’s cab with adjustable elements such as the armrest and the ergonomic arrangement of the controls ensures fatigue-free working and a high level of driving comfort.
The 5045 wheel loader
The new compact 5045 wheel loader has a combination of low dead weight and high payload. With an operating weight of approx. 2,600 kilograms, the 5045 can be transported on a 3.5 tonne trailer (toll-free). This not only saves time, but also increases machine utilisation. The 5045 can easily handle standard paving stone pallets or stone packs, as well as loading and unloading lorries. The high performance with compact dimensions extends the range of applications for use in confined areas such as underground car parks or multi-storey car parks. Depending on requirements, there is a choice of two motor variants: a 19 kW motor as standard and an optional 33 kW motor, which can be used for speeds of up to 30 km/h.
The electrically powered 5065e wheel loader
The machine is equipped with a 96-volt lithium-ion battery for a runtime of up to 4 hours without intermediate charging. The e-wheel has a flattened battery hood design for optimum visibility to the rear. Regardless of the e-technology, the loader offers compact dimensions and delivers optimum performance values in stacking and bucket operation. With a stacking payload of 1,750 kilograms, the wheel loader is in no way inferior to its diesel counterpart. Now new: the customer can choose between two different battery sizes: 28.8 kWh (standard) and 37.5 kWh (optional). Thanks to the new standard battery, the 5065e offers a particularly attractive base price, ideal for the entry into electromobility.
