Thomas will lead VitalEdge’s partner strategy as equipment dealerships place greater value on trusted integrations, connected platforms and technology ecosystems that support growth.

VitalEdge Technologies, global provider of integrated dealer management solutions for the heavy equipment industry, has appointed Theresa Thomas as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

The appointment comes as equipment dealerships are accelerating the modernisation of their daily operations. Dealers now rely on an expanding mix of ERP, dealer management, rental, analytics, OEM, payment, tax automation, cybersecurity and other business-critical systems. As a result, partnerships are becoming a central part of how dealers evaluate, adopt and connect technology across their organisations.

“Dealers shouldn’t have to choose between innovation and simplicity. As technology becomes increasingly important to every part of the dealership, the ability to connect trusted solutions into a seamless experience becomes critical”

Said Theresa Thomas,

“What excites me most about VitalEdge is the opportunity to bring together partners that solve real business challenges for dealers every day. I’m looking forward to working with our partners to build an ecosystem that helps customers operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and grow with confidence.”

For VitalEdge, the partner strategy is designed to extend the value of its dealer management platforms by bringing trusted technology providers into a more connected ecosystem. The aim is to help equipment dealerships integrate the tools they need while maintaining the reliability expected from mission-critical systems.

VitalEdge’s Partner Program connects technology providers with the company’s platform ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions for equipment dealerships. The program supports a range of relationships, from customer-requested integrations to deeper strategic partnerships that may include certification, joint go-to-market activity, partner visibility and ongoing ecosystem engagement.

The appointment positions VitalEdge to strengthen its role as a technology hub for equipment dealerships at a time when integration, reliability and partner-driven innovation are becoming central to dealer operations.
