Bobcat will highlight how artificial intelligence, electrification, autonomy, and connectivity are shaping the future of compact equipment at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026. These technologies are designed to reduce job site complexity, improve uptime, and support the construction industry as it navigates significant workforce changes. With an estimated 41 percent of the U.S. construction workforce expected to retire by 2031, according to a report from the AEM, Bobcat says it is developing equipment and intelligent features that simplify operation for new workers while helping experienced operators maximize productivity and precision.

Select machines will demonstrate advancements in AI-enabled features, machine automation, and connectivity capabilities designed to enhance productivity and efficiency on the job site.

Bobcat’s booth will feature compact loaders, excavators, wheel loaders, and attachments along with an expanded display that includes forklifts, mowers, portable power, and light compaction equipment. The booth will also provide a look at Bobcat’s latest concept machine, the RogueX3.

Models on display will include select compact loaders, the workhorse of the job site delivering powerful hydraulics and versatile attachment capabilities; the MT120 mini track loader, offering excellent manoeuvrability, lift height, and forward reach; the newest E20 compact excavator with zero tail swing and smooth joystick control for precise operation; the ZT7000 zeroturn mower, delivering commercial grade speed and cut quality; the PG100 portable generator, providing quiet, reliable 100 kVA (80 kW) power for demanding job sites; and the L95 compact wheel loader, designed for high lift capacity, nimble handling, and multi-application versatility.

Bobcat will also take part in the CONEXPO-CON/AGG education program with a session led by Garrett Maurer, director of Global Digital Products at Bobcat. In “Building Tomorrow: How Digital Advancements are Shaping the Construction Industry,” Maurer will explore how emerging digital technologies are reshaping the way construction work gets done. Key takeaways will help operators and business owners gain practical, real-world strategies for improving job site efficiency, increasing operational visibility and making more informed decisions, while learning how these tools are helping contractors prepare for the next generation of work. The session will take place Tuesday, March 3, from 1 to 2 PM.

Bobcat can be found at booth W40745 in the West Hall.
