Volvo Trucks will mark its upcoming centenary with the launch of the Volvo 100 Year Edition, a special version of its flagship heavy-duty truck range featuring exclusive exterior styling and redesigned cab details.
Available to order from September 2026, the anniversary edition will be offered on the Volvo FH Aero, FH, FH16 Aero and FH16. The launch follows a series of powertrain updates introduced across Volvo’s electric, diesel and gas-powered models, aimed at improving performance, range, power and energy efficiency.
The Volvo 100 Year Edition is intended as a prelude to the company’s centenary celebrations in 2027. While the trucks retain most of the driveline and chassis configurations currently available across the FH range, they receive a collection of visual and interior features developed specifically for the anniversary.
A Cab Inspired by Volvo’s History
Inside, Volvo has introduced redesigned two-tone seats combining a premium leather base with a grey textile upper section. An embroidered centenary motif appears on the seatbacks, while tan leather details echo the striping applied to the exterior paintwork.

The interior is both modern and premium, as well as an homage to Volvo’s history. The design was inspired by our Swedish heritage and the professionalism that comes from years of innovation and progress, alongside our customers’ trust and passion.”

The anniversary treatment extends throughout the cab. Illuminated doorsteps welcome the driver, while LED strips integrated into the console provide a choice of red or white ambient lighting.
Opening the cab door activates a welcome light that projects the centenary motif onto the ground. The same graphic is used on the truck’s 3D-printed speaker grilles, while the curtains feature a visual line-up of Volvo truck models produced during the company’s history.
A thicker floor mat, finished in a black and grey mélange pattern with tan leather labels, completes the interior package.
Available Across the FH Flagship Range
According to Volvo Trucks, the 100 Year Edition represents the culmination of a century of development in areas including safety, driver comfort, productivity, fuel efficiency and emissions reduction.

The special edition will be available with most of the driveline and chassis configurations currently offered for the FH Aero, FH16 Aero, FH and FH16. This includes the recently upgraded electric, gas and diesel powertrains available across the range.
Volvo also highlighted the safety performance of the FH family, with several configurations receiving the highest ratings in their respective segments in Euro NCAP’s truck safety assessments.
The Volvo 100 Year Edition joins a series of commemorative models previously launched by the manufacturer, including the FH 25 Year Special Edition, the FH Aero Euro NCAP Special Edition and the Volvo Ocean Race Limited Edition. Orders will open in September 2026.
