The Aqua Spine 3.0 is a lightweight, extendable rail system that attaches to various surfaces and offers a stable platform for the Power Head. Updates have also been made to the Ergo Climber, now in its third version, to ensure compatibility and improved functionality.

The Aqua Rail System 3.0 is compatible with Aquajet’s Aqua Cutter 750V, as well as the newer 450A and 450V models, and the Ergo system. It has been developed with the intent of supporting more complex applications beyond flatwork, such as work on tunnels, bridges, silos, dams, and refractory structures.

The Aqua Spine 3.0 enables both linear and circular Hydrodemolition applications and introduces components like passable mounts, support legs, adapter plates, and modular feet. These allow for extended setups and uninterrupted movement of the Power Head, reducing repositioning time. The system is engineered to handle up to 60% more load and 50% more torque than previous versions, while maintaining a lighter structure.

Additionally, the system is compatible with accessories such as the Circular Power Head and Aqua Centralizer for pipe or tunnel interiors. Its components—assembled using M16 or M20 bolts—are designed for simple setup and adjustment.

The Ergo Climber 3.0 includes updates like adjustable beam brackets, clamping screws, and passable brackets. These allow it to operate efficiently on standard or curved scaffolding pipes and roller beams, and to support circular configurations for pillars and pipes. The upgrades are intended to increase productivity by reducing interruptions caused by repositioning.

The Support System, with only nine components, is modular and offers both lightweight and heavy-duty versions to accommodate different power head configurations. The light version is optimized for use with the Ergo system, while the heavy version offers greater stability for high-force applications such as those involving the Aqua Cutter 750V.

The entire system can be used on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces, and is adaptable to a wide range of industrial settings. Adjustable legs and brackets allow for precise positioning and stability, even in complex environments. Its reusability and scalability help minimize the need for completely new setups, potentially reducing project costs over time.
